This solution provides machinery condition monitoring and protection of all machines’ components plus automatic detailed view of each machines’ component parameter.

Sensors and modules CTD-3168/2160/2060) are mounted on machines. The unit provides full monitoring of every channel. Alarm is on, if vibration level at any channel is exceed. Connection to machine’s automatic control system is possible to provide its automatic shutdown. Each module connected to the PC with Technekon’s Diagnostic Software. Software automatically provides data acquisition from each channel of each module every 1 second. Data displayed on PC in convenient format and also recorded to the Archive. Operator can watch dynamics and print reports.
