Sensors and modules CTD-3168/2160/2060) are mounted on machines. The unit provides full monitoring of every channel. Alarm is on, if vibration level at any channel is exceed. Connection to machine’s automatic control system is possible to provide its automatic shutdown. Each module connected to the PC with Technekon’s Diagnostic Software. Condition status of each machine is displayed on the indication panel. Data acquisition and recording to the database occurs at the Operator’s command or according to the time schedule. Operator can evaluate actual machinery conditions and avert emergency accidents with Technekon’s Diagnostic Software.
