This solution allows continuous protection and monitoring, technical condition estimation with portable units and Technekon’s diagnostic Software. Continuous protection and vibration control Module CTD-1010 with “Alert” and “Shutdown” presets mounted on the machines. Module’s output can be connected to machine’s automatic system to provide automatic shutdown. It is possible to connect to automatic control system through 4-20 mA output for controlled parameter transferring. Portable units and Technekon’s diagnostic Software are used for condition control and failures prevention.
