This solution allows completely automatize machinery condition monitoring and protection of all factory workshops machines. It provides automatic data acquisition, storing and transfer to the Diagnostician PC and to the Distant Diagnostic Center.

Sensors and Vibro-diagnostic Monitoring System CTD-3168/2160/2060 are mounted on the machine. The unit provides full condition monitoring of every channel. Alarm is on, if vibration level at any channel is exceed. Connection to machine’s automatic control system is possible to provide its automatic shutdown. Each workshop has its own Server. Server provides automatic data acquisition every 1 second. Server stores data and transfer it to Operator (continuously through Ethernet). Operator can see all controlled parameters on his PC in convenient format. He can also watch dynamics and print reports. Factory Diagnostician receives data from Workshop Servers several times a day. He can evaluate actual machinery conditions and avert emergency accidents with Technekon’s diagnostic software “VibroDesigner Standard”. Distant Diagnostic Center receives data from Workshop Servers and stores it on Diagnostic server. Workshop diagnosticians can analyze data from Diagnostic server and evaluate actual machinery conditions. One Diagnostic Center can service several machines or workshops.
