Automatized Diagnostic System ASTD-2



 

Machine – Sensors – CTD system – Data transfer: RS485 – Server – Ethernet – Operator PC – Diagnostician PC

Current solution allows completely automatize condition monitoring. Every controlled parameter will be displayed in details. Data acquisition, storage and transfer are provided. Sensors and Vibro-diagnostic Monitoring System (CTD-3168/2160/2060) are mounted on the machine. The unit provides full monotoring of every channel. Alarm is on, if vibration level at any channel is exceed. Connection to machine’s automatic control system is possible to provide its automatic shutdown. Server automatically acquire data from CTD systems every 1 second. It store and transfer data to Operator (continuously) and to Diagnostician (several times a day through Ethernet). Operator can see all controlled parameters on his PC in convenient format. He can also watch dynamics and print reports. Diagnostician can evaluate actual machinery conditions and avert emergency accidents with diagnostic software "VibroDesigner Standard".
