Example of Machinery Condition Monitoring System using on ventilation cooling stack

System structure:
- Machine (ventilation cooling stack with electric motor)
- Vibration Switch CTD-1010
- Alarm Panel

Continuous protection and vibration monitoring Module CTD-1010 with “Alert” and “Shutdown” presets mounted on the machines. Number and position of accelerometers may vary. Module’s output can be connected to machine’s automatic system to provide automatic shutdown. It is possible to connect to Automatic Control System through 4-20 mA output to provide transferring of monitored parameters.

Vibration Switch CTD-1010 available in intrinsically safe version and it can be mounted close to the machine.
